1st. Taxis: Yeah, we maybe have a taxi driver but i mean like a Molotov Taxi Co. You know that is also legitimate so... Razz
2nd. Fishing license: This one is an illegitimate, do you know that the people go and fish a lot... So we can say.. : Pay us and you can continue your fishing, if not.. well, sleep with the fishes. Like the 10%-20% maybe, not a lot..
